Valentino is a restaurant interior in Florence Resort where the most interesting design decision happens at the wall. Old CDs were crushed and mixed into the paint, so the surface catches and scatters light in a way no standard finish can replicate. It is subtle enough that most guests won't identify what they're seeing, but the room feels alive because of it.
The space unfolds through a series of arched openings that connect the dining zones while maintaining a sense of arrival between them. A tropical mural set within an arch anchors the far end, gold jali panels warm the ceiling, and floral print booth seating runs the perimeter alongside navy velvet chairs and brass joinery. The result is a room that holds together across materials without any single element overpowering the rest.
